At Rainbow Elementary, Ms. Starcher is here to support every student’s academic success, emotional well-being, and social development. Through classroom lessons, small group skill development, and check-in support, she helps students build confidence, develop healthy coping strategies, and navigate challenges students may have through the school day. She also works closely with families and staff to foster a safe and encouraging school environment where all children can thriven and SOAR.

Whether a student needs help making friends, managing emotions, or setting goals, Ms. Starcher is a trusted resource and advocate for their growth and success.
